Privacy Policy
Read this like patch notes for how your details are handled. It covers what LVLUP collects when you book a visit or sign up for quest updates, why we keep it, and the one cookie this site sets.
What we collect v1.2
The booking form on the home page asks for your name, email, chosen first-visit date, preferred row and an optional referral nickname. The footer update box asks only for an email. We collect nothing else through this website — no tracking pixels, no advertising profiles, no third-party analytics scripts.
How we use it v1.2
Your name and email let us confirm a seat and answer questions about your first visit. A referral nickname, if you add one, helps us thank the regular who pointed you our way. Newsletter emails are used only to send occasional quest drops and opening-hours notes. We do not sell or rent any of it, and we never share it with advertisers.
Cookies v1.1
This site sets a single cookie named cookie_consent once you press Accept or Decline on the banner. It stores only that choice so the banner stops appearing on later visits, and it expires after about a year. It carries no personal data and is not used to follow you across other websites. Clearing your browser cookies removes it, and the banner will return on your next visit.
Storage and retention v1.0
Booking and update entries are written to a plain server-side file that only club staff can reach. We keep them only as long as needed to manage your visits and messages, then clear old records during routine housekeeping. You can ask us to delete your details at any time using the email in the site footer.
Your choices v1.0
You may ask what we hold, request a correction, or ask us to erase it. Reach out through the contact email in the footer and we will sort it promptly. Progress here is measured in hours played — no gambling involved, and no financial or payment data is ever collected through this site.
