Terms of Use
These are the house rules for visiting LVLUP and using this website, written like patch notes so they stay easy to skim. Booking a seat or joining the floor means you are good with what follows.
How levels work v1.2
Your level is a running total of hours played at our desks. Bronze starts at zero; Silver, Gold and Diamond corner open at forty, one hundred twenty and three hundred logged hours. Night hours between midnight and 6 a.m. count one-and-a-half times. Levels never reset and carry no cash value — they simply unlock better rows, seats and lower hourly rates. Perks may be tuned over time, and any change is posted at the desk before it takes effect.
Booking a seat v1.1
Reserving a first visit through the form costs nothing and holds no payment. Please arrive within the grace window for your tier — Silver and above keep a short hold past the slot. If you cannot make it, a quick message frees the seat for someone else. Walk-ins are welcome whenever a desk is open on the starter row.
On the floor v1.1
Treat the gear, the staff and other players well. Keep food and drinks to the areas we point out, use headsets during voice chat, and give the machines the same care you would give your own. Anyone being unsafe, abusive or disruptive may be asked to leave, and repeated issues can end floor access. Minors follow any age guidance posted at the desk.
Quests and rewards v1.0
Weekly quests reward hours added to your counter, never money. There is no entry fee, no chance-based mechanic and no cash payout of any kind. Complete the stated challenge and the hours are added — that is the whole deal. We may rotate or retire quests each week to keep the floor lively.
